Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of Precuneus: the web app at precuneus.dev and its MCP server, which lets Claude and other AI assistants make images, vector graphics, videos, speech and music for you. Precuneus is operated by Agimem Sàrl (CHE-115.787.131), a company registered in Switzerland ("we", "us"). By signing in or connecting an assistant, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use Precuneus for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account, including the generations made by the assistants you connect. A connected assistant can spend your balance until you revoke it from Connect Claude on your gallery.
  • Keep your Google and GitHub accounts secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your Precuneus account.

2. Credit and payment

  • Generations are paid from a prepaid balance in US dollars, which you top up on the Credits page.
  • Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any VAT or sales tax, sends your receipt and handles payment disputes. Stripe's terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Each model's price is listed for your assistant before it makes anything. The price is taken from your balance when a generation starts, and given back if the generation fails or the model refuses the prompt.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies only to generations started after the change.
  • Credit does not expire while your account is open. It cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where the law requires it or as described in sections 8 and 9.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, we remove the credit it bought that you haven't spent yet.

3. Your content

Your content is what you or your assistant send us (prompts, and images or audio given as input) and the results the models make from it.

  • Between you and us, you own your content, as far as the law allows. You give us only the right to store, process, transmit and display it as needed to run Precuneus for you.
  • You must have the rights to everything you send us. You are responsible for how you use the results, including checking that they don't infringe anyone's rights before you publish them.
  • Results made by AI may be inaccurate or unexpected, may not be protected by copyright in every country, and may resemble results made for other people.

4. Links to results

Every result has a link that opens without signing in, so your assistant can show and share it. Anyone who has the link can see the result. The links are long and random, and we don't list or publish them, but treat them like any link you share.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Precuneus to make, upload or share:

  • sexual content involving minors, of any kind;
  • sexual or intimate images, video or audio of a real person without their consent;
  • the likeness or voice of a real person used to deceive, defraud, harass or mislead, such as fake statements by public figures;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or personality rights;
  • content that threatens or harasses people, glorifies violence or terrorism, or attacks people for their origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
  • anything else that is illegal in Switzerland or where you are.

You also may not get around prices, rate limits, safety filters or security measures, probe or overload the service, share your account, or resell access to it.

We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

6. Models and availability

  • The models are made by third parties, which apply their own safety filters. We may add, change, replace or retire models and their options. Results from a retired model stay in your gallery.
  • We work to keep Precuneus running, but provide it as it is and as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Liability

  • We are liable without limit for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and as mandatory law requires.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence, nor for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data.
  • Otherwise, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.

8. Ending your use

  • You can stop using Precuneus at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from your account page. Credit left on a deleted account is not refunded.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it. When that happens, unused credit is not refunded.
  • If we stop offering Precuneus, or close your account for any other reason, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund the credit you bought and haven't spent.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Precuneus after that, the new terms apply. If you don't accept them, you can close your account, and we'll refund the credit you bought and haven't spent.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and may also bring a claim before its courts where that law allows.
